I come here, read the forum, read what you guys have to say, and think to myself 'yeah yeah, must be that 1903 build''. I keep getting that same problem like you do, get a black screen and then closes. My new Ryzen 3600X arrives and i install it on that same board, and game isn't running. RE2 wont work with new Ryzen 3000 chips (actually depends on motherboard providers and their BIOS updates) Since i tested it myself, here is what i found out.
